Beau Rivage News
A recovery center has been established at the Beau Rivage employee parking lot. The center will continue to distribute paychecks to all employees in the area and will overnight paychecks to those outside the region.
Starting Monday September 12th, Beau Rivage employees at the recovery center will be able to gain internet access to FEMA and the American Red Cross.
The center will also assist employees in identifying jobs with companies restoring and rebuilding the resort and the gulf coast. You can also learn about open positions at other MGM Mmirage Properties. A dining hall is open at the recovery center, serving meals to employees and their families. Plus, the center will also be distributing clothing and other appropriate items from the resort's retail warehouses. INTERNATIONAL CELL PHONE RECYCLING INITIATIVE TO HELP HURRICANE KATRINA VICTIMS
Redeem, a UK based environmental logistics firm that specializes in the collection of print cartridges and cell phones, has partnered with The Wireless Source, an American distributor of new, used, and remanufactured wireless phones, to launch an international recycling appeal to raise funds to support the victims of Hurricane Katrina.
