The first session of the 111th Congress is now over, as the House and Senate have adjourned sine die for the year.

The House will return the week of January 11 - the Senate is back the week after that.

So, I'm going to take a little time to pay attention to Mrs. Washington Correspondent and our three kiddies.

Merry Christmas & Happy New Year to all of you!

2010 should be a fascinating political year, so stick with us as we make the run to the mid-term elections in Novmeber and watch the machinations of the Congress in the meantime.

    Happy New Year, Jamie. When are you going to get your own show? No one at work wants to listen to that guy in the morning. And I have to agree that listening to him put everyone on trial got boring for me years ago. So, we turn it on when we think you're coming on, but miss it often because we get preoccupied with work, and forget to turn it on.
