FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
ATLANTA-----Georgia junior Drake Bernstein closed out the Georgia Tech Fall Invitational with a 6-3, 6-0 win over UNC-Wilmingtons Kinshuk Sharma in the consolation draw Monday at the Bill Moore Tennis Center.
Bernstein won a pair of matches the first two days of the tournament before being eliminated from the main draw on Sunday.
Drake played great again today, associate head coach Will Glenn said. He is on the right track, and has a lot to build on from his performance here over the weekend.
Georgia plays in two different events this week as Nate Schnugg, Jamie Hunt and Javier Garrapiz will travel to Tulsa, Okla., Wednesday for the ITA All-America Championships. Georgia will also play host to the Bulldog Scramble Friday through Sunday at the Dan Magill Tennis Complex.
