She's All That star Rachael Leigh Cook is engaged to fellow actor Daniel Gillies. It'll be the first time down the aisle for both actors, who are both in their 20s. A wedding date has not been set yet. Gillies is the latest, and seemingly last, of a string of Hollywood romances for Cook, who has previously been linked with Boy Meets World star Rider Strong, A Walk To Remember's Shane West, and The In-Laws' groom Ryan Reynolds.

Though not a household name yet, Gillies' profile will rise in 2004 with roles in Spider-Man 2 and the Charlize Theron romance Head In The Clouds. Cook has appeared in projects like Josie And The Pussycats, Texas Rangers, and AntiTrust.
