| Michael Richards Breaks Ranks With 'Seinfeld' Co-stars Michael Richards, the actor who played the kooky neighbor Kramer on Seinfeld, has broken ranks with his cast members by agreeing to participate in the upcoming Seinfeld DVD. Richards and Seinfeld co-stars Julia Louis-Dreyfus, and Jason Alexander had reportedly refused to grant behind-the-scenes interviews for the project because they weren't getting a piece of profits from the sale as were Jerry Seinfeld and the show's producers. But Richards told the New York Times last week that his lack of participation on the DVD was greatly exaggerated. Quote, ""I'm not boycotting. I'm involved. I was never called to do an interview. I am so for the DVD coming out that I'll go on the Tonight show." Dreyfus and Alexander are still holding out on participating on the DVD, which is scheduled for release next year. from LAUNCH media More entertainment headlines | |
