Mega Millions Bulldog Football Contest
2004 Official Contest Rules

Sponsors: The Georgia Lottery "Mega Millions Bulldog" Football Contest (the "Contest") is sponsored by Cox Radio, Inc. d/b/a WSB-AM and The Georgia Lottery Corporation (collectively, "Sponsors").

Contest Period: Dates of the Contest are August 30, 2004 to November 17, 2004.

Eligibility: Entrants must be 18 years or older to participate. Employees of Sponsors, The University of Georgia Radio Network Affiliate stations, other Atlanta radio stations and their subsidiaries, the advertising agencies of each, and the affiliates of each (and the immediate family members of all such employees, and all others with whom they are domiciled) are not eligible to participate in the Contest or win prizes. The term "immediate family members" includes spouses, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren.

How to Enter the Contest: There is only one way to enter: all entrants must send a postcard to The Georgia Lottery "Mega Millions Bulldog" Football Contest, c/o The University of Georgia Radio Network, 1601 West Peachtree Street, Atlanta, GA 30309. Eligible entries must include the entrant's name, age, address (no P.O. boxes accepted), and telephone number. Eligible entries must include all information requested. Deadline for receipt of entries is Wednesday, November 17, 2004 in order to be eligible for at least one game. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. Sponsors and The University of Georgia Radio Network are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, or mutilated entries. By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Sponsors, which are final as to all matters relating to this Contest.

Winner Selection: There will be one winner selected randomly from all eligible entries received, according to the following schedule (five total Winners):

· Wednesday, September 8, 2004 for the Saturday, September 18, 2004 UGA/Marshall game;
· Wednesday, September 22, 2004 for the Saturday, October 2, 2004 UGA/LSU game;
· Wednesday, September 29, 2004 for the Saturday, October 9, 2004 UGA/Tennessee game;
· Wednesday, October 6, 2004 for the Saturday, October 16, 2004 UGA/Vanderbilt game; and
· Wednesday, November 17, 2004 for the Saturday, November 27, 2004 UGA/Georgia Tech game.

An entrant is only eligible to win once every 30 days. The University of Georgia Radio Network's decision in Winner selection is final.

Prizes: Each Winner will receive a prize package including: 4 tickets to see the Bulldogs play on the designated date his/her name is chosen for; $50 in Georgia Lottery Mega Millions tickets; and UGA Collectors' items. Each prize package is valued at $200. The odds of winning are dependent on the number of entries received.

Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash. Prizes may not be exchanged, substituted or transferred. Prizes are subject to all applicable Federal, State, and local taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the Winners. Each Winner must accept the prize pack as is for the designated game date. All prizes are provided by Cox Radio Inc d/b/a WSB-AM.

How to Claim Prizes: a representative of Sponsors will notify entrants by telephone within 3 days of selection if they have won. If Sponsors are unable to contact a selected entrant within three days (3) of the date he/she won, the prize is forfeited, and may not be awarded to another entrant at Sponsors' discretion.

As a condition of receiving the prize, and to verify the identity of each winner, the Sponsors require that each winner visit The University of Georgia Radio Network offices, 1601 W. Peachtree St. NE, Atlanta, GA 30309, during regular business hours within two days of notification. Arrangements to visit must be made with Jann Driscoll of the WSB Sports Marketing Department at (404) 897-7500. Each winner will be required during that visit to show Government-issued picture identification with his or her complete name, birth date and address. Each winner will be required to execute in a form acceptable to Sponsors, an affidavit of eligibility and a liability release form releasing Sponsors and The University of Georgia Radio Network, and the corporate parents and affiliated entities of each, from any and all claims of liability, damages or taxes arising from or relating to participation in the contest or in reception and use of the prize. By claiming a prize, each winner consents to the use by Sponsors, The University of Georgia Radio Network, or affiliated companies of each, of his/her name, voice, likeness, picture and/or biographical information for public relations, and agrees to sign a form authorizing such use before picking up the prize. Furthermore, at that time each Winner must provide Sponsors with his/her correct social security number and/or Federal Tax ID Number. Each winner will also be required to sign a Federal W-9 form at time of prize pick-up. Failure to do any of the foregoing timely may, at Sponsors' option, result in forfeiture of prize, which may or may not be re-awarded to anyone else at the Sponsors' discretion.

By participating in this Contest, entrants and winners agree to hold harmless Sponsors, The University of Georgia Radio Network, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, employees and agents against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), with respect to or arising out of either (i) an entrant's participation, or (ii) the receipt or use of the prizes awarded in the Contest.

Winners agree to the use of their name and picture in press and publicity events by the Sponsors and The University of Georgia Radio Network without compensation.

Miscellaneous: Void where prohibited by Federal, State, or local law. No purchase is necessary. The Georgia Lottery Corporation and Cox Radio Inc. d/b/a WSB-AM reserve the right to cancel the promotion of the Contest at any time. All announced winners will receive their announced prize package if the Contest is so canceled.

Sponsors and promoters are not responsible for interruptions in play due to conditions beyond their control, including but not limited to, game postponements, weather conditions, strikes, lockouts, or any other circumstance. If a game is canceled or terminated for any reason, no substitution of tickets will be made.
