I have been sexually abused. In my opinion, you are wrong. These people should not be forgiven. They create a problem for the victim for the rest of their life. They cannot be cured of this problem. You never forget what has happen to you, and you carry it with you in everything you do. It changes your entire life. You side in you show last night that the rate of them offending again is lower -- they just don't get caught. Take the man in California, he was a convicted offender, he kidnapped a girl for 18 years and continued to abuse her. If it wasn't for security guards at a college when he went there with two little girls, he would have never gotten caught. You cannot speak about this if your daughters or wife have not been attacked, raped, or fondeled. Your wrong and many, many little girls and boys who have grown up with will agree with me. They are sick, most likely they have been abused and this is a cycle and will continue. I am catholic but I will never forgive my attacker. I was raped and kidnapped in Alpharetta and he was given not jail time, only a $1000. for court costs. No help was given to him. He continues to work with girls. I am sure he continues to abuse. It is all around, but no one wants to take about it when it is the guy next door.

I agree with Neal Boortz, and Hannity, and Rush, and Savage, and Beck, and O'reilly follow the GOP: Personal responsibility, neighbor helping neighbor, pull yourself up by your own bootstraps, charities, churches, kindness of strangers, local and state only, no taxdollars from out of state taken by force to help us, say NO to Washington DC, we don't need nor want nor will we except and take Obamadollars, no big federal government stuff down here, we want out of the union, secession now secession forever.

Did you offer to teach Bush not to attack countries who did us no harm? President Barack Obama is doing a good job, I believe he's heaven sent to us for this time. Don't forget President Obama is least half of your own kind, but I guess it just don't count when you have a drop in you.

Allen , Love the show. You need to convience the powers to be to re-air your show on Sunday mornings before the Money Matters show. Sunday = Faith good fit. I cant be the only one .....

Saturday night at 10:46pm a caller asked Allen to let him finish his comment after being interupted by Allen and he was cut off. This does not exibit what a christian response should be. I am very disappointed in a man that calls himself the Pastor of radio.

Lover your show but i would like to get to the point. You made a valid point of saying child molesters get better treatment than Mr Vick.



It is so hard for me to believe that so many so called Christians that call into your show are so reluctant to forgive. Isn't that the point of Christianity forgiveness?



And these same christian people have the temerity to have pets! Like it or not animals were not put here for domestication. The creator has a plan for all things and locking cats and dogs up and trying to input human intelligence into them by training them to live indoors and let you know when to take them out to the bathroom, tying chains and ropes around their necks and teaching them verbal commands to sit, protect etc, getting them spayed / neutered (by the way abort the animals kids but leave human peoples alone!ha)is just as unnatural to an animal as anything Vick did. Since the person that steals but does not kill also has committed sin. it seems these people would be the first to forgive to let the creator know that they too can be like Christ. Is the life of an animal above being close to the creator?



By the way i hate football but i love my cat. I am VERY spiritual but never RELIGIOUS. Why not give him a second chance at his career? Marion Berry got a second chance, Clarence Thomas got a big second chance, bush got 1 and the list goes on.



What people need to realize is he is a man that is talented at playing a sport in which pays him a salary to remain professional. Many people in professional positions do illegal things within the business that pays them and are given more and more opportunities in that same profession. He fought dogs, he didn't do anything illegal in the sport.



Its people that are fast to look at celebrities as role models and inspiration for our children when we should be filling these vacancies. Not creating myths that the people we see on TV don't make mistakes and when they do we can't forgive them. No one is thinking about Mr Vick during off season and especially not children children do see us every day and they probably did forgive him and love him until some grown up SHOWED them not to.

1. i think cloning tissues and cells is ok because it is no different than tissue transplants from people.

2. i TOTALLY DISAGREE with human and animal whole being cloning. i think it is wrong bioethically, religiously, evolutionary, and procreation. it is not natural. the man had a great point from an evolutionary aspect.
there would have to be all kinds of clone rights and who knows how they could be manipulated to do horrible things. in the wrong hands i wouldn't even like to think what could happen. the part about freezing bodies for parts, cloning people that may have died is just disgusting.
i know that control is a good this to prevent chaos but did you ever think this is taking control to an excessive level!!! IT MAKES US sound like control freaks. Sometimes things happen for a reason and sometimes we need to accept consequences and accept life and death. How are we suppose to learn and learn from God if we control everything. it's not possible and if we try it will teach us a lesson. it is inevitable.

I sympathize with your viewpoint re Aus.trialian rejection for citizenship. However, I would like to remind you had a similar policy in the 1800's . At Ellis Island, immigrents were screened for eye & other deseases and were rejected for admission to the U. S. if they didn't pass - and hence would pose a burden on the U. S.!!!

You claim to have some degree in New Testament but it seems you missed a lecture or two. You claimed we are all children of God. I have thought for a long time you are just another "man of God" who is after fame and fortune. To give up a church so you could reach a bigger audience is just another way of saying you're greedy. I have tried to listen, but you're just another liberal trying to make it on talk radio.

Gov Palin can obviously take care of her 5 children the same as, I have no doubt, that O'Bama can take care of his 2 and Biden and McCain take care of their children plus many grandchildren. As I recall the john had offered a woman some money for a service then haggled over the price. Somehow the john's roll in this got lost in the telling of the story. Allen, I listened to your show Sunday on the way home from work and I surely believe you were duped by Obama. You kept saying the word brilliant and you were ecstatic about his relationship with Jesus answer. I personally don't believe him for a second. He is a smart man and he knew Rick Warren would ask him a question similar to what he did. He had plenty of time to prepare his answer and say what he thought Rick and you wanted to hear. I believe this man to be evil and I don't believe anything he says. Whenever he answers a question you can always tell if he already has the answer in his head or he has to adlib. If he doesn't have an answer, like the one RIck asked him about when a fetus begins life, he stutters and wanders aaround for an answer. The many times the media calls him a great orater is when he has had time for his staff to write down what he will say. Again, I find it hard to believe that you actually believe this guy really has a heart for Jesus.

Allen is right on the money. The world is increasingly disinterested in people which is incredible because the world is made up of people. God made US in his image and likeness, not animals. What about Michael Vick? He a person. What he did and condonded was wrong. Show me the person who hasn't done something wrong, and let them judge us. Relativism is creeping into our society where each is developing their own sense of right and wrong. That leads us away from natural law and toward our own law. Scary prospect. Vick, regardless of what he did has a greater value in God's eyes and should in ours as well. The people who love dogs more than people need to examine their real motivations - self-interest, not selflessness.

It says something deeply distrubing about Allen Hunt's sense or morality that he thinks that people who love their dogs are "sinful" but that someone like Micheal Vick is a victim.
One of the recurring themes on Hunt's show is the total and deep affinity Hunt feels for any criminal. I once had a long e-mail exchange with him about Brian Nichols, who Allen sees not as a cold blooded murderer but as a victim of a "racist" society.
At base Allen is idol worshipper. His idol is humankind. He worships humans in the same way some people worship animals or trees. His sense of morality is so warped that he thinks that some old man who loves his dog is worse than a lowlife criminal like Vick. What sick, sick vision of the Christian faith.

Yours is the best talk show on the radio! It's real life isuues without a lot of politics.
