On April 19th at the invitation of the Georgia Department of Defense, Clark Howard visited the Georgia Youth Challenge Academy located at Fort Stewart. This program helps high school dropouts to acquire the basic academic, life, and employment skills they need to succeed. After 9/11, Clark enlisted in the Georgia Defense Force. He carries the rank of captain.
