It's about time! I recycle everything item I can and when they stack up it opens your eyes as to what's going into the landfills and I'm just one person. I even tried to get my gym to recycle plastic water bottles but they say sorry. Maybe now they will have to. I also think that a bottle and can deposit for the state of Georgia would help with the roadside junk. Michigan has had one for years and it works. GM
