Our Constitution never defines 'natural born citizen'. Neither do the supporting documents of our framers. This has been left to the law to define, and it has been done so under USC 1401, where it says, clearly:<br> <br> (a) a person born in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof; <br> <br> Hawaii was a state in 1959. President-Elect Obama was born in 1961. That's all that needs to be said.<br> <br> But, you went further -- if you decide this is a fake document, and Barack's birth was overseas, we can go to this: <br> <br> (c) a person born outside of the United States and its outlying possessions of parents both of whom are citizens of the United States and one of whom has had a residence in the United States or one of its outlying possessions, prior to the birth of such person; <br> <br> Since Barack's parents met at the University of Hawaii, where his father was in residence from 1959 onwards. <br> <br> This issue is a non-starter. Perhaps you should consider doing a little research yourself?
