Agreed. All you have done here is say that Obama is a citizen because of this document. The argument is that this is the short form lacking the witness of the birth. The other argument is that this form does not bear the official state seal as well. It also does not match documents that bear the identical revision data in the lower left corner. The supreme court has not ruled against the argument they have ruled not to bring the case before the court.
