The COLB he released is an official State of Hawaii document, with a seal and everything, and it states very plainly that he was born in Honolulu. If there's anything invalid about his use of that document to prove where he was born, he's guilty of a crime and he should be prosecuted for it.<br> <br> Not a single prosecutor has brought a case, not a single government official has accused him of fraud, not a single elector has refused to vote for him.<br> <br> Now what? Well, some people say that all he has to do is release his "vault copy" birth certificate and the whole thing will go away, but that's obviously not true, because others (like you) expect him also to prove that he never lost his citizenship later on. Others expect him to prove that his father's Kenyan citizenship doesn't disqualify him from the presidency. Sorry, American citizens are not treated according to the rule "This may be true, so prove it's not."<br> <br> On the other hand, if it's a fraud, he should be in prison. Don't waste your time bringing civil suits, they'll just be dismissed like all the others. Alert the criminal justice authorities. But if all the prosecutors in the country don't think the case holds water, I think some of you need to think seriously about what is driving you to fight so hard against common sense.
