S. RES 511<br> In April 2008, the 2nd session of the 110th Congress drafted S. Res 511 <br> which was agreed to in the Senate by Unanimous Consent recognizing that <br> John Sidney McCain, III, is a natural born citizen.<br> <br> Senators Hillary Clinton and Barack Hussein Obama were co-sponsors of <br> this resolution.<br> <br> In the 8th clause of SRes 511 it states:<br> <br> Whereas John Sidney McCain, III, was born to American citizens on an <br> American military base in the Panama Canal Zone in 1936: Now, therefore, <br> be it<br> <br> This passage clearly recognized that natural born citizen entails birth <br> to "American citizens" (plural: two) and also the resolution previously <br> argues that it involves birth on U.S. territory. These are the two <br> requirements of being natural born: birth on U.S. soil and birth to TWO <br> U.S. citizens.<br> <br> <br> These Senators, of which Barack Obama is conspicuously noted as a <br> co-sponsor of this resolution, were required to take an Oath of Office <br> which involves the following:<br> <br> The Senate Oath of Office:<br> I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the <br> Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and <br> domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I <br> take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose <br> of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of <br> the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.<br> <br> Bottom line is the 8th clause of SRes 511 as UNANIMOUSLY recognized by <br> Congress, to be 1) an implicit recognition of the definition of natural <br> born citizen and 2) the recognition of the vote of the Electoral College <br> for Barack Obama, represents the deliberate subversion of the United <br> States Constitution, given the fact that Obama was known to be born with <br> British citizenship, his father being a British citizen of Kenya.<br> <br> This dual-citizenship upon birth is openly acknowledged by Barack Obama <br> on his FightTheSmears web site at:<br> <br> http://fightthesmears.com/articles/5/birthcertificate
