This is an amazing rip off. Most of this is all growth of government. I wonder if liberals are paying attention to all the defense spending in this, hypocrites.<br> <br> And think for a minute those of you that know anything about the contracting and construction process for any level of government? Unless they suspend every current law and regulation on how these projects are bid and spent it will be years before tihs money gets anywhere near helping anyone.<br> <br> One worthwhile line item was totally underfunded. We have a crisis for nurses and healthcare workers and they only spend $300mil on that. It should be one of the larger ones for workers to retrain who are losing their jobs.
