This bill is only good if you're a government employee, or one of the millions of voters who depend on having their parole officers or mental health workers to hold their hands. <br> <br> They are fine with this. They are terrified that they would have to make their own decisions and suffer the consequences of them.<br> <br> A great many of them are very happy about the repeal of Welfare Reform. They were getting tired of having to pretend to work in order to get their checks. Now they can go back to watching Jerry Springer and Oprah without worrying about where their next six-pack or hit of meth is going to come from.
