What is 1.6 Billion for 'Science"??? The people that trade goods and services are the people who drive our economy. Out of all of this massive spending, what do we get? $13 a week from June until the end of the year and then it is $8 a week. All those Obamabots who are expecting a free home or for Obama to pay their mortgage and buy their gas are going to be very disappointed. I think this massive spending of other peoples money will just prolong the recession.
