Why are my federal tax dollars being used to improve roads in other states? And I apply that to my own state where I'm sure it has received such funding ... why would any other states' federal tax dollars being used to improve roads in my state? Isn't that a problem for the individual states and localities? Oh I forgot, they CAN take so they DO! <br> I also have the ignorant notion that since the Constitution doesn't say that funds to be distributed back to the states can be targeted by the Federal government for specific things then this kind of targeting is therefore unconstituional. Powers not specifically granted to the Federal government in the Constitution are reserved for the States or for the people anyone?
