Let's see if Steve's pre-conceived notion regarding police use-of-force transcends into U.S. District Court with this case. I'll bet the officer utilized the minimum force necessary to effect an arrest - and Jimmy resisted. I'm sure Steve has many years of experience as a police officer from which to draw his conclusion of police using excessive force. No offense, Steve. You have your right to free speech - whether the speech is educated, or not.
