Attorneys for Obama and the United States have asked for and received an additional 15 days to respond (until May 5, 2009) in the matter of Kerchner v. Obama, Obama's (US Dist. Court of NJ).<br> <br> This suit charges that Obama (Soetoro) is not a natural born citizen and Congress has failed in its responsibility under the Twentieth Amendment, Section 3, which provides that Congress must fully qualify the candidate "elected" by the Electoral College Electors.<br> <br> Apparently some people think none of the accusations about Obama's constitutional ineligibility could be true.<br> <br> They assume that no one could possibly ascend to power illegitimately from Chicago politics. Really!?
