Members of the military are not allowed to sue their doctor EVER. They have no recourse....even if carelessness or incompetence can be proven beyond a shadow of a doubt. Doesn't it stand to reason that the same policy would apply to any nationalized, government sponsored doctors and health care in general?<br> <br> I know our country has many idiotic lawsuits which clog our system, but there are legitimate suits. I fear a national system would remove all recourse for the patient.
