Parking Deck? That would only cost about 10 million or so. Hmm, study 3 years ago to say it is sound, yeah I won't be going to that one. How much would a roof cost? 1-2 million, plus repairs plus new parking lot, I am sure the wiring and everything is perfect since it has been sitting there for 13 years. Yep it sounds pretty sound to me. So all we need is the Gwinnett Sports Council to pony up the 3-5 million to fix it up and then Mr. Baker can run all of the events he can find there. There you go problem solved!
