I would like to know how in the world bills are proposed that are so long that no one has time to read them? Why? Would any normal person sign something that they KNEW was going to change the lives of millions and NOT READ IT....NOT DEBAGE IT....NOT TURN IT OVER AND LOOK AT EVERY ANGLE. Everyone inclusive dems and repubs who voted for this should be thrown out. Hey congress get some balls...our checks and balances are going to hell in a hand basket.....16 CZARS...really...WAKE THE HELL UP......
