$8.927 Billion or so in just specific allotments. Paid for by whom?<br> <br> Oh, yeah. Me. <br> <br> And, I'm not opposed to greater energy efficiency, cleaner industry, better energy sources. Those are laudable goals. But you can't just throw money at a problem and hope it goes away. Except bank robbers... they usually go away, at least for awhile.<br> <br> There's just doesn't seem to be a lot of intelligence here. Can we convince some engineers to run for office?
