If our government is so sold on this why then isnt the revenue they will make going toward finding alternative energy, why is so much of this going back to them for spending however they see fit. Beleive me I have many more issues with this, like why not promote this worldwide, this is a world issue not just the United states. If we are the only ones this will not effect anything at all. Why is this a rush, very concerning. No, people this is a way for the Government to keep spending and get us to pay for their recklessness.
