This same dog owner stood before the same judge in the past for the same outrage and yet this judge let this women endanger and terrorize this community AGAIN! Yes this dog owner is at fault but who is suppose to enforce the laws to protect us?!?! $500 fine what a joke! The dog owner spent more on food and care on these animals in a year or less; she won't even realize any financial impact. WE NEED ANIMAL CONTROL LAWS AND ANGENCIES TO PROTECT HUMANS IN A SOCIAL SOCIETY. SO SICK OF PEOPLE WITH PETS WHO MAKE LIFE IN OUR HUMAN COMMUNITIES SO UNCOMFORTABLE!
