More waste. Create a National Climate Service Office that would predict changes in climate. Zillions of predictions are already published and in the news. We are near passage of this monster without the Office. And to think members would not want to get paid. A fool and his money are soon parted - unless Taxpayers take a stand, the idiom applies to us all.
