Sean apparently believes that the Appellate Courts should establish new law. Forget that previous cases and Supreme Court rulings would lead to unfortunate 'reverse discrimination' application. Somehow he has forgotten that it is Congress that has the ability to correct the situation. Maybe he can get a copy of the Constitution from the Heritage Foundation to read up on who has the responsibility to make the needed changes.
