Hey Mayor... What planet are you living on? Don't really think another new retail/residential facility could survive right now. A new stadium could boost your local economy fast and with additional events held in the stadium outside football season you would see an exponential increase in tax revenues. It would be like the City getting a bonus check every weekend...<br> A new stadium would put Doraville in the National spot light, attract more/bigger hotels, restaurants, sports retail facilities, you name it; the possibilities are endless. But… if you want to fight it and demand something be built like Atlantic Station, go ahead. It will just end up like every other strip mall in Doraville; dilapidated and crime infested. But hey it will have a check cashing place in it; couldn't be too bad huh?<br> <br> Just sayin’!
