No, Neal was not down on construction workers. Clearly you missed the point. If was against them, HE WOULD SAY SO & WHY.<br> <br> That's silly to claim otherwise. His point was, to those who paid attention, is that a person with a given occupation should only have children according to what their means allow them to provide for.<br> <br> Instead of being picky about "feelings" or "offense" you should spend your time worrying about things that REALLY matter: People who have too many children and WE ALL PAY FOR IT.<br> <br> I'm tired of paying for lazy, over-breeding, undeducated people living off of the governmnent dime-OUR dime!<br> <br> I earned the right to my opinion on this, as I grew up around people like that, and I busted my arse to get a good degree for a higher paying job, and I won't have kids until I can provide the right environment.
