1-Being a Runaway is a crime, it is not if you are an adult.<br> 2-Do tou have any idea how much money it costs to operate a helio per hour. All of this when parents are saying "he's never done this" "he's a good kid" all of these resources wasted when they could have been used more somewhere else, all because a brat decided to runaway. yes he should have been charged. Teens need to be accountable for their actions. As far as the Law enforcement doing their jobs, It looks to me like they did, both during the search and after.
