I respectfully disagree with jofjonesboro. I think that the Dems clobbering in the past election (and likely in 2010 and 2012) is not due to their selling out, but rather a sense of reality finally smacking America across it's face. The old adage "you can't have your cake and eat it too" is certianly applicable to the current state of affairs. There is no way for the Government to fund, support, and provide every service anyone could possibly need without someone having to pay for it. That someone is hte average working Joe. That thought has finally gotten across to folks who have previopusly been apathetic to Government spending.<br> <br> I wholeheartedly agree with the thought that a reasonable middle of the road third party would beat the daylights out of both the Republicans and the Democrats. Finding the right cadidate is the challenge. So far, third party candidates ahve been uniformly nutty.
