The Republican support of this bill is indicative of why they are going to get hammered this November. They have totally forgoten the ideals of conservatives, not the least of which is fiscal responsibility, who they are supposed to be representing. President Bush should veto the bill even if it is "veto proof" just to make them put their names to it again.
