Wait a minute, he was found to be in "Felony" contempt of court for owing child support? The state takes his children, imposes a debt upon him whether he can pay it or not, then throws him in jail. when he does not... a felony charge?... OMG! We live in a true communist state.

It has nothing to do with children but everything to do with expanding the power of the state.

Family Law (incl. matrimonial & paternal fraud) is the only area of law where the victim is further victimized by the state.

*Matrimonial Fraud - where one party marries the other for the intention of gaining some perceived value from the union such as a child, wealth, alimony, child support, etc.

*Paternal Fraud – is where the named father is not the biological father and does not know that he is not. Yet is led to believe he is for the purpose of holding him “responsible” to obtain a financial gain from it.

A woman can marry you, get pregnant, say you are the daddy, get the courts after you, & legally extort money from you. Don't comply, go to jail = a debtors prison = illegal in the US. It does not matter if the child is “biologically”yours. The state doesn't care. All she has to say is that it is & the state will come after you. They will justify it by claiming that you “set up a system of care & maintenance of the child.” They just want some man, any man, to pay extortion money to her so the state does not have to pay welfare.

If the child should be yours, the state will remove your “natural rights', & supplant them with a “privilege” (rights & privileges are not the same see in Black's Law dict.). The mother receives sole parental rights. You will not have a say in anything involving the child unless the mother allows it.

Child support is de facto alimony that women were failing to get because they were “equal” to men. In the 1960's or so, this state took a $250 mil. payment from the federal government to enact child support legislation. They sold fathers out!

The idea that children go with women is only a belief over the last 100 years or so. Before then, children always went with the father (unless he gave them up). In old English law, the only times children went with the mothers was in the issues of cattle & slaves. (slaves = any similarity today?) Look on the internet:SELECTED MAXIM’S OF LAW FOR FATHERS RIGHTS. It is an anglefire page. Also get “The Law” by Frederic Bastiat. He was a French economist in the 1850's who argued against socialism. Both are a must read.

The current practice of this removal of the father is a socialist cause, designed to destroy the family & empower the state. Look at current events.

Dodson came to my home when a neighbor reported that I had an outside fire buring. I find it very amuzing that this individual gave me the riot act over legalities.
