(WSB Radio) The wife of a Snellville man accused of kidnapping a woman while she was jogging, taking her to Tennessee, and raping her twice, has filed for divorce.

Christy Jansen of Snellville filed documents in Gwinnett County Superior Court on Friday. She has been married to David Joseph Jansen for almost 25 years. She also reportedly has a restraining order against her husband. It prohibits him from seeing his wife, their two kids, or coming near their Snellville home.

David Jansen, 46, was arrested Tuesday. He is out on $800,000 bond.

Jansen said the incident was a planned, consensual, sexual encounter.

Meantime, the victim, who was rescued when a pizza delivery man came to deliver a pizza, says she's already thanked him.

Chris Turner says the woman and her husband came by the restaurant.

"She seemed fine and everything, had a smile on her face - like trying to get it out of her head or whatever. You know, that's something I'd want to get out of my head also," said Turner.

What others are saying

  • Censorship
Once again, my comments are being censored here.

But, wait.........there's more to this story......just as I and others here stated early on. This woman has told this story BEFORE.

Please check out the new article about this crime and maybe my comments will be shown there. We'll see.

The story angle where a kidnapper/rapist orders a pizza knowing he has a woman against her will in his cabin just doesn't add up. Now, we hear the rest of the story.
  • Susan
Freedom of speech has nothing to do with what a private new organization can or cannot do with your comments. Freedom of speech has to do with what the government can and cannot do to you. I have seen some absolutely insane and crazy comments from a Susan on this site before. I wonder if that is also you.
  • Rape
My comments have been censored. Why?

My comments that I left yesterday or the day before need to be put on this comment site please.

Do you not believe in free speech? Only when it suits you, or only when it doesn't make you look bad?
  • Rape
I have a feeling there is more to this story.
If it was consensual, as he says, why was she tied up ?....kinky?
    We'll see.
