Alpharetta Bank Robber Sought
(WSB Radio) A bank robber eluted police after demanding cash from a teller at the Sun Trust Bank in Alpharetta Tuesday morning.

The suspect, described as a white male in his early twenties, robbed the Sun Trust Bank at 4305 State Bridge Rd around 10:30 a.m. Police said he left with an undetermined amount of cash before police arrived on the scene.
The Alpharetta Police Departments' George Gordon said the robbery was unusually because it occurred in broad daylight and in a populated area.
"The suspect handed a hand written note to teller stating: give me money and no one will get hurt," Gordon said.
Police obtained a number of clear photographs of the suspect, who was wearing a black baseball hat, sun glasses and green and white striped shirt.
Police are asking anyone with information to contact them at 678-297-6318.
