Gwinnett: Lilburn Pot Bust
(WSB Radio) -- Gwinnett County Police have arrested four people after finding a huge amount of marijuana at a home at 885 Worcester Place in Lilburn.
Corporal David Schiralli tells WSB a concerned neighbor tipped them off. Police decided to search the home after finding ten pounds of marijuana in a vehicle in the driveway.
"They then located an additional 457 pounds of marijuana worth approximately $2.18 million. During the seizure, a large amount of weapons were located, including an M16, and AK 47, various handguns with a large amount of ammunition to go with those guns," said Schiralli.
31-year-old Miguel Flores of Lawrenceville, 25-year-old Isalias Corona of Mableton, 41-year-old Javier Arroyo of Lilburn, and 40-year-old Huber Zarco-Huto of Lilburn have been arrested on various drug charges.
This is the third type of drug bust this week in Gwinnett County.
What others are saying
- dont the police have anything better to do than bust people for a harmless herb? i believe god said in the bible that he gave all herbs to man for them to use.
- Time To StartTime to start shooting all illegals. Oh wait, Obama may be illegal. No proof he isn't.
- Your neighbors...These people were someones neighbors.
The current party in power will be
pushing for legalization in a few
months. Still think this is a good
idea? No more hiding and the drugs
and weapons could increase ten fold
in your neighborhood. $2.18 million.
People will kill you in a heartbeat
to get away with this. Third drug
bust this week in Gwinnett. They'll
be hit the hardest. Print this and
post it. I can hear La Raza now.
The Race. Again, the power will be
in your hands. Its coming...
PS: I remember the Gwinnett of the
60s and 70s. Nice, clean and safe.
