Michael Sullivan testified about a conversation he had with city contractor Ricky Rowe, whose firm did a lot of work for the city. Sullivan said Rowe told him "the mayor is my ho."
Sullivan said he took that to mean Rowe bought and owned the mayor, whom other witnesses have already testified, often steered city business to Rowe.
Further, Sullivan testified Rowe gave Campbell cash to the mayor to use on gambling trips.
"He [Rowe] told me he would give the mayor cash to gamble with on those trips," Sullivan testified.
WSB's Veronica Waters reports Sullivan was forced to resign in 1998 over a sexual harassment case, and later went to work for United Water and was instrumental in that firm getting a contract with the city of Atlanta.
