(WSB Radio) -- Harry Potter wins again, despite a Loganville mom's long battle to get the popular children's books removed from Gwinnett County school libraries.

Since August 2005, Laura Mallory has been trying to make sure nobody's kids get to read Harry Potter in school media centers; she thinks the books promote witchcraft. The Gwinnett and State school boards turned her down, and now a Gwinnett Superior Court judge has done the same.

School system spokeswoman Sloan Roach tells WSB's Bob Coxe this is a pretty serious matter: "The issue of removing a book from a public school library - from a public school, period - is a serious one, and not one to be taken lightly."

Ms. Mallory says her next stop may be Federal Court.
