Firefighters Battle Lightning Fires on wsbradio.com

(WSB Radio) -- Firefighters in Cobb and Gwinnett counties were busy Wednesday afternoon with another round of lightning fires.

The Gwinnett County Fire Department reported structure fires at 2284 Cape Liberty Drive in Suwanee, 2260 Wildwood Lake Drive in Suwanee, 1321 Shyre Crest Way in Lawrenceville, 358 Windshore Court in Suwanee and 960 Hillary Lane in Lawrenceville.

No injuries have been reported in the house fires.

WSB's Jennifer Griffies reports that a woman was struck by lightning at Dacula Park but was conscious when she was taken by ambulance from the scene.
