(WSB Radio) Two men are under arrest, charged in the carjacking of Atlanta Hawks forward Sheldon Williams, then attempting a pair of robberies in Douglas County.

Williams was leaving the Goodfellas barber shop, in the Cascade Crossing shopping center, at about 1 o'clock Saturday afternoon, when he was approached by a gunman, who demanded his keys.

Williams complied, and the carjackers took off in Williams 2008 Chrysler Aspen.

A few hours later, Douglasville police responded to a robbery call at the Arbor Place Mall. Hold ups were reported at Belk's, then of a woman outside of Dillards.

The suspects fled in Williams SUV, but crashed a short time later.

Williams was not injured. He was not in the starting lineup for Saturday's game against the Charlotte Bobcats, but did get into the game in the third quarter.
