Atlanta police say Seth Cathy, 20, entered the restroom at the Waffle House on Northside Drive on Monday, barricaded himself inside, then proceeded to wreck the bathroom.
- WSB's Richard Sangster reports

When police arrived, Cathy could be heard inside the bathroom, causing damage to the walls and fixtures. He also flooded the room.
After getting the door open, police found Cathy inside, nude, and holding a metal toilet paper dispenser.
Officers say Cathy was acting erratically, so they were forced to mace him. After paramedics arrived, Cathy was tied down to a stretcher and sedated .
The Berry College student is the son of Donald "Bubba" Cathy, the son of Chick-Fil-A found S. Truett Cathy.
Cathy will be charged with criminal trespassing and damage to property, police said.
The Waffle House is next to a Shell gas station on Northside Drive. Employees there say, prior to going to the restaurant, Cathy parked his car at the station, left the door open and the hazards flashing, and left. The attendant later found Cathy's wallet and keys on the front seat.
A statement from the Cathy family says this is a non drug or alcohol related matter, and that Seth Cathy is receiving care from his doctor, and the support of his family.
