  • Atlanta: ***Construction Alert...All Construction on I-75/85 SB for this weekend has been cancelled due to weather, per the Georgia DOT.***


  • Listen to News/Talk 750 WSB for updates on how the Midtown roadwork will affect your commute. If you are traveling to the Downtown Connector on I-75/sb, merge over into the Connector through lanes earlier, so you don't get caught in the traffic ramping onto Northside Dr.

  • Gwinnett Co.: I-85/nb near Highway 316 in the right lane, until 1 p.m. today.
  • Atlanta: The 14th Street bridge will close on May 27th. Plan alternates. Expect delays and avoid the area. Listen here for updates on delays in the area and alternates.
  • Gwinnett Co.: Highway 78/eb from E. Park Place to Stone Dr. Various lanes will be closed 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. every night, until further notice.
  • Forsyth Co.: Barrier Construction...GA-400 between Bald Ridge Marina and MacFarland Rd. in the median. No lanes will be blocked, but expect traffic to sometimes slow in the area.
  • Douglas Co.: Bridge Construction and Traffic Lane Shift...Highway 92 at I-20. The intersections of Vansant Rd. at Highway 92 and Shawnee Trail/Slater Mill Rd. at Highway 92 are closed because of this. This will last for the next several months.
  • Atlanta: Sewer Repair...Lindbergh Dr. will be closed between Springdale Dr. and Hurst Dr., from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. today.
  • Atlanta: Gas Line Repair...Expect lane closures and avoid these areas: Nelson St. between Spring St. and Forsyth St.; Spring St. between Nelson St. and Trinity Ave.; Forsyth St. between Trinity Ave. and Garnett St.; Forsyth St. between Brotherton St. and Castleberry St.; Forsyth St. Nelson St. and MLK Jr. Dr.; Forsyth St. between Brotherton St. and Garnett St.; Pryor St. between I-20 and Alabama St.; Trinity Ave. between Peachtree St. and Central Ave.; Mitchell St. between Peachtree St. and Central Ave.; between Peachtree St. and Spring St.; Trinity Ave. between Forsyth St. and Spring St.; Spring St. between Trinity Ave. and Garnett St.; Garnett St. between Spring St. and Forsyth St.; Forsyth St. at Garnett St. Some lanes in these area will be closed off and on for the next four to six weeks.
  • Atanta: Sewer Repair...Expect lane closures on 14th Street between Williams and Spring streets on Monday-Friday, May 12-May 23rd, from 7 p.m.-6 a.m. City contractors will be replacing a 24-inch sewer line on 14th St. All work will be conducted overnight. Two center lanes (one eastbound and one westbound) will be closed on 14th St. during the work. Two northbound lanes will be closed on Williams St. All lanes will be open during the day. Please exercise caution near the worksite and avoid the area if possible.

  • The Auction Home Show and Van Halen concert at the Gwinnett Arena/Convention Center may affect roads on I-85/nb and I-85/sb, Old Peachtree Rd and Lawrenceville-Suwanee rd.
