Today is first week day for the new STARBUCKS policy: "Any customer is welcome to use Starbucks spaces, including our restrooms, cafes and patios, regardless of whether they make a purchase." If this is their plan to weed out paying customers, it might just work.

Atlanta City Council expected to vote TODAY on whether to spend up to $130 for backup generators at Hartsfield/Jackson International Airport.
