The results are in and science has named Robert Pattinson the world’s “most handsome man.”

The New York Daily News reports that according to The Golden Ratio of Beauty Phi, the 'Twilight' saga star's "facial symmetry and other attributes tip the scales in his favor."

Pattinson, who The New York Daily News points out has gone from "smoldering vampire to his upcoming starring role as 'The Batman,'" beat out others, including Brad Pitt, Idris Elba and Ryan Gosling.
