Georgia has been a focal point of the presidential election and its aftermath for weeks. On Saturday night, it got special treatment by the Saturday Night Live players.

In the skit, host John Krasinski plays the sheriff of a small Georgia town who stops by a diner with his cousin, who’s from New York. From there come a flurry of Southern stereotypes turned on their head. One example – the waitress serving “avocado on gluten-free toast” instead of chicken and grits.

Another character offers, “You know what we do to Jewish people down here? We elect them!” It’s the reference to Jon Ossoff’s U.S. Senate runoff win.
