Henry County authorities say a cellphone thief has given himself away--and probably doesn't even know it!

The victim left her purse in her car when she went into her kid's day care, East Lake Academy on Highway 155 in McDonough.

While she was inside, someody stole her purse and cellphone.  It seems the first thing the thief did was take his own photo with the victim's cellphone.

Unfortunately for him, she had her cellphone set to immediately post all photos to Facebook!

Voila...police have a crystal-clear photo of their suspect.  Smiling, even.

"We were really excited to have this awesome picture of the suspect, and we feel confident that the picture is of such quality, he will be easily recognized," Henry County Police Major Jason Bolton tells WSB.

Police have distributed the photo to the media, along with description of a vehicle he may be using:  a newer-model Toyota Rav 4 with tinted windows.
