ATLANTA — A 27-year-old woman was injured in a shooting in northeast Atlanta on Sunday according to Atlanta Police.
The victim transported herself to Grady Memorial Hospital with an apparent gunshot wound to her foot.
The shooting happened in a busy area near the 3200 block of Lenox Road.
The identity of the victim and the current extent of her injury is unknown.
The investigation remains ongoing at this time.
