A 35-year-old man was shot after being involved in an argument with another person on Wednesday afternoon, Atlanta police say.

Officers responded to the area of 210 Howell Dr. SE around 3:55 p.m. after reports of a person who was shot.

The victim was rushed to the hospital. The identity of the victim and the current extent of his injury is unknown at this time.

Police are searching for the shooter.
