Duluth police arrest driver for going 115 mph, driving reckless

DULUTH, Ga. — Police have issued a warning to motorists to slow down and drive safe after someone was charged with driving 70 miles over the speed limit in Duluth.

Duluth police said on a social media post that a driver was clocked going 115 mph in a 45 mph zone and was arrested on Peachtree Industrial Boulevard.

That driver faces speeding and reckless driving charges and was taken to jail.
