GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. — Police and SWAT units in Gwinnett County surrounded a home on Imperial Drive conducting an investigation overnight.

Officers were collecting evidence and closed a busy road near Centerville Highway in Snellville for several hours as they searched for a possible suspect.

According to witnesses, shots were fired at one point. Police sent a robot inside the home to look for someone, however, no one was found..

It is unclear what prompted the police presence and investigation.
